As a General Assistant/Store Person with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Be a friendly face, assisting employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Ensure stock rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Receive and process deliveries in line with Sodexo policies and food safety standards.
  • Act as cover for Kitchen porter holidays.
  • Provide a safe and hygienic environment for the production and service of food.
  • Check deliveries against delivery notes, and detect any damaged or out of date items.
  • Ensure security of stores, cupboards and any other area under your control, preventing abuse and destruction of company property.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar client facing role is a plus; excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
