As General Assistant for Sodexo at Hagley Catholic High School, Stourbridge, DY8 2XL, you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible. You work no unsociable hours and get public holidays off, including Christmas!

Working pattern: Monday-Friday 10:30am-14:00pm, Term Time only (39-week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks).

What you do:

  • Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
  • Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean and hygienic always.
  • Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
  • Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
  • Always uphold the reputation of the company.
