Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas, functions and meeting spaces before service.
- Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, maintaining proper service.
- Provide professional and courteous customer interaction for military personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitising workstations, equipment and dining areas.
- Assist with special events and functions ensuring smooth service.
- Work closely with team to complete tasks efficiently and to highest standard.
