Job Introduction
We currently have an opportunity for Front of House Staff to join our amazing team at The Gallery of Modern Art One . This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. A need for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
Role Responsibility

  • Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related item

The Ideal Candidate
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Great barista skills – but training can be provided
  • Cash handling experience
  • Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
  • Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
  • Fantastic communication skills both orally and written
  • A high standard of personal presentation.

Package Description

  • Casual hours
  • Between £11.44 – £12.21 per hour dependent on age
  • Staff parking
  • Food & drink on shift provided
