Job Introduction
We currently have an opportunity for Front of House Staff to join our amazing team at The Gallery of Modern Art One . Role Responsibility
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related item
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Great barista skills – but training can be provided
- Cash handling experience
- Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
- Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
- Fantastic communication skills both orally and written
- A high standard of personal presentation.
