Overview

Food Service Assistant at LVS Hassocks, London Road Hassocks BN6 9HT. Join a fast-paced food and beverage operation and help deliver great meals and customer service.

Role details: Pay £12.70 per hour, 14 hours per week. Working pattern: Thursday and Friday (7.15am – 2.45pm). Term Time? Yes. Parking, uniform provided, training provided, all meals whilst on shift.

Equated pay information: Equated pay (spread-over pay) distributes contracted hours, weeks and holiday pay over 12 months. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.

What You\’ll Do

• Cook up a storm: Prepare mouth-watering meals for the school team and pupils.
• Keep it clean: Maintain stocked, clean, and hygienic kitchen and serving areas.
• Team player: Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
• Safety first: Observe food handling and hygiene regulations and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Be the best: Operate all machines and equipment correctly, upholding the company’s stellar reputation.

What You Bring

• Impeccable punctuality and dependability.
• Experience in a similar environment is a plus.
