What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver consistently excellent service
  • Support day-to-day catering operations and hospitality events
  • Work closely with the Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth service
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, and support recruitment and training
  • Oversee stock control and ordering
  • Ensure all equipment and service areas are fully prepared
  • Act as Allergen Champion and uphold food safety standards
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
  • Monitor health and safety compliance and respond to incidents
  • Drive improvements through customer feedback
  • Step in to support service where needed

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a hospitality or catering supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Experience with stock control and customer service
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards
  • Level 2 or above Food Hygiene qualification
