We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional catering operation, delivering outstanding food service and customer care within a prestigious school environment. As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service standards, maintaining food safety, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the catering operation.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for Sodexo, communicating professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Serve customers during busy service periods, prepare and serve food to company standards, and assist with breakfast preparation, basic cooking, and hospitality services.
- Ensure counters, displays, salad bars, and service areas are fully stocked, clean, tidy, and well presented throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness across front of house, kitchen, wash‑up, and customer areas, following cleaning schedules and hygiene standards.
