In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, providing support across a range of facilities services.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week £14.04 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package Opportunities for career development.

What you'll do:

  • Provide a friendly and professional service to employees, clients and visitors
  • Maintain clean, tidy and welcoming spaces including meeting rooms, kitchens, coffee areas, mail rooms and reception areas
  • Manage waste disposal, including general and hazardous waste, in line with company standards
  • Ensure all internal and external bins are well‑maintained and in good order
  • Carry out litter picking and upkeep of designated areas
  • Collect and distribute parcels as required
  • Respond promptly to service requests from colleagues and clients
  • Monitor and report any health and safety concerns
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience
  • Handle communications and ensure accurate message delivery

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar or customer‑facing role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge or interest in facilities management
