We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take full operational responsibility for Soft Facilities Management across a four‑building Birmingham cluster. The role also requires an informed oversight of Technical Services to effectively support the Hard FM team. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Total FM contract are delivered safely, compliantly, and cost‑effectively, while maintaining high service standards.
