Apprenticeship Full Time | Qualification: Level 3 FM qualification | 40hrs per week (Mon‑Fri) | £13.85 per hour + great benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of both hard and soft FM services across multiple university sites
  • Assist with health & safety checks, statutory compliance, and routine inspections
  • Help coordinate contractors and suppliers, gaining insight into service delivery
  • Respond to operational requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Learn how to maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
  • Join managers on audits, risk assessments, and site visits
  • Build confidence in communication, teamwork, and professional relationships
  • Balance on‑the‑job learning with completing your IWFM Level 3 Apprenticeship

Knowledge & Experience (desirable, not essential):

  • Any awareness of Facilities Management or health & safety
  • Previous experience in customer service, admin, or operational roles

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) – essential
  • Willingness to complete the FM Level 3 Apprenticeship – essential
