About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Asset & Reliability Manager to provide continuity of service for our technical teams and to support the development of the site into a flagship contract for Sodexo. This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and enforcing the Asset Management Strategy, working closely with Sodexo and client stakeholders on CAPEX planning, lifecycle management, and reliability improvement. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for asset management, ensuring compliance, optimised performance, and alignment with business and real estate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce the Local Asset Management Plan (LAMP)
- Define asset management strategy aligned with Sodexo frameworks and client objectives
- Ensure Shell business-focused maintenance strategies are developed and adhered to
- Establish and maintain robust asset change management processes
- Act as Sodexo Asset Management SME at stakeholder forums
- Maintain a complete, accurate, and compliant asset register across multiple MIS platforms
- Conduct annual 20% asset validation surveys to support lifecycle planning, condition, criticality, and energy analysis
- Ensure timely updates following projects, lifecycle replacements, and asset changes (including warranties)

- Lifecycle costing, FMR, and replacement forecasting
