We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join us at Wythenshawe. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will ensure that all planned preventative and reactive maintenance operations relating to electrical services are carried out in accordance with legislation, codes of practices, manufacturers' recommendations, HTMs, HBNs, H&SE recommendations and are completed to programme and within the contractual response times.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation and direct management of directly employed trade staff and specialist sub-contractors.
- Producing rosters to ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are assigned to DEL and sub-contractors.
- Carrying out risk assessments for each maintenance activity and conducting a minimum of 5 percent check on live and completed works.
- Being an onsite champion for health and safety and ensuring all policies and procedures, contractual obligations and KPIs are adhered to.
- Ensuring all electrical PPM records and any other relevant documents are maintained and updated.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installations / Maintenance.
- Experience in supervisory and management of staff & contractors.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
