What the apprenticeship brings:

  • Shadowing trained Electrical Technicians across facilities services
  • Exposure to a broad range of both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
  • A hands on vocational apprenticeship, whilst attending college 1dayper week

You will complete a Electrical Engineering, Level: 3 with our chosen training provider. They will provide support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship scheme with Sodexo is a fixed term contract for a period of 3-4 years however, our ambition is to provide employment on completion in line with business requirements aligned to account succession / development plans.

What You Bring:

  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn!
  • Great communication skills and a team player
  • Previous experience/qualifications are not required. (However, if not already obtained, functional skills tests may be required in maths/English)
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
