We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality and events environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational teams, driving financial performance, and providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.

You will be responsible for the preparation, production, and reporting of monthly financial results across multiple contracts, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective management of revenue, costs, and working capital. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational performance, maintaining financial integrity, and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely financial reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyse financial performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports, ensuring performance is tracked against targets.
  • Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance, cost control, and working capital management.
  • Manage debt, sales reporting, and financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support commercial projects through financial analysis and insight to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operational teams, and key stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, contract catering, stadium, or high-volume trading environments.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Accountancy qualification, studying towards qualification, or qualified by experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Priava, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts is desirable.
