Supporting all areas of the kitchen and assisting different sections as required.

Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served on time and to specification.

Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.

Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Supporting the delivery of a diverse range of services, from busy retail operations to conferences, meetings, weddings, private dining, and large-scale events.

Taking pride in your work while contributing ideas and maintaining high culinary standards.
