Sodexo in Salford is recruiting a Food Cost and Compliance Lead for the Schools segment. The role is hybrid, based at Salford, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
You will maintain food cost, menu and supplier compliance across up to 160 schools, coordinate ordering activities, analyse data and drive savings, while partnering with school catering teams, suppliers, Finance and Food Platform teams to ensure accurate ordering and budget adherence.
