Heritage Portfolio is recruiting an Apprentice Commis Chef to learn across our Scotland venues. You’ll work in a busy kitchen, assist with preparing and presenting dishes, and develop practical skills under experienced chefs.
You will work toward the Chef Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 5, delivering a Diploma in Professional Cookery upon completion. The programme includes exciting development opportunities and support from a dedicated apprenticeship trainer.
