We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior Administrator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities and Admin.
The Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative support across general admin and payroll functions, ensuring accurate employee records, timely payroll processing, and effective day-to-day office administration while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR requirements
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and preparation of personnel files
- Administer employee absences, annual leave, and time & attendance records
- Support performance review and training administration
- Liaise with HRBP’s for routine HR queries from employees and managers
- Prepare and process payroll inputs accurately and on time (hours worked, overtime, absences, new starters, leavers)
- Liaise with payroll providers or internal finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, benefits, and salary changes
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees
- Support statutory reporting (tax, pensions, social insurance, etc.) as required
- Assist with payroll audits and reconciliation
- Provide general administrative support to HR and management teams as required
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Manage office supplies and liaise with external suppliers
- Support compliance documentation (policies, procedures, H&S records)
- Ensure strict confidentiality of HR and payroll information
- Support compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and internal controls
- Assist with internal and external audits when required
What you’ll bring:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with HR and/or payroll systems an advantage
- Previous experience in an administrative role with HR and payroll exposure essential
- Payroll processing experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of employment legislation preferred
