Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage access control, CCTV systems and general site security procedures.
- Conduct opening and closing duties, lock/unlock procedures and ensure premises remain secure.
- Complete accurate incident reports, patrol records and site documentation.
- Support site teams, visitors and contractors while ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism and presentation at all times.
- Provide professional and reliable security cover across multiple client sites throughout Dublin.
- Carry out mobile patrols, site inspections and security checks using a company‑provided vehicle.
- Respond to alarm activations, incidents and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar Security Officer or Mobile Patrol role.
- A valid PSA Static Guard Licence is essential.
- A full clean driving licence is required.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites across Dublin as part of a relief/mobile team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and respond effectively to incidents.
- Good IT and report‑writing skills, including experience completing security documentation.
- First Aid, Fire Warden or mobile patrol experience would be an advantage.
