As a Barista at Sodexo, you will craft exceptional coffee and serve delicious food from our diverse menu — think cakes, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and toasties. Located at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, you will help create a welcoming environment that eases the stress of hospital visits by offering warm hospitality and friendly, professional conversations with patients, staff, and visitors alike.
What you will do:
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and in line with food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment
- Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions at the till
- Follow Sodexo's cash-handling policies to ensure security and accuracy
- Maintain a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a great team spirit
- Experience with espresso machines or a willingness to learn barista skills and food preparation
- Confidently use a cash register or EPOS system
