Healthy outcomes start with positive patient experiences. We are looking for a Domestic Cleaner to join our Sodexo team at Royal Stoke Hospital. In this vital role, you’ll help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your work will directly support health and wellbeing throughout the hospital.

Hours: 6 Hours / Saturday & Sunday / 4pm - 7pm.

Location: Royal Stoke Hospital (ST4 6QG).

Salary: £10.35 to £12.60 per hour.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, wards, communal spaces, restrooms, and other hospital areas.
  • Clean surfaces, including desks, ceilings, vents, blinds, and walls, to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Perform daily tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, floor polishing, and replenishing supplies.
  • Empty waste bins and manage refuse in line with hospital protocols.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all patients, staff, and visitors.
