Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Client Relations in shaping and delivering the client engagement strategy across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with Sodexo's values and operational standards.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring their needs are understood, prioritised and met.
- Oversee day-to-day client service activity, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all contracts and service lines.
- Lead, coach and support members of the Client Relations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
- Analyse client feedback, performance data and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and added value.
- Support the management of complex or high-profile client issues, ensuring swift resolution and clear, transparent communication.
- Collaborate with operational, commercial and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and a unified approach to client satisfaction.
