Make a meaningful impact at the point it matters most. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Community Link Manager to lead the Community Resource Link at HMP Forest Bank. This pivotal role supports prisoners at the point of release – helping to build continuity of services into the community and driving positive resettlement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing resettlement and Through the Gate (TTG) services within the prison and into the community
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with community stakeholders and external agencies
- Monitoring, collating and reporting performance and outcome data
- Acting as single point of contact for external service providers and supporting their enablement within the resettlement hub
- Providing assurance to the Head of Offender Management Services (HOMS)
