Full time Monday - Friday (Hybrid - 3 days office based, 2 days WFH) Up to £33000 per annum plus our Sodexo employee benefits package Opportunities for professional development.

This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, requiring three days per week in the office and two days working from home, with regular travel to London and Luton.

We are looking for a Communications, Events and Administration Coordinator to support the delivery of employee engagement, communications and community initiatives across key client sites in Cambridge, London and Luton. This is a varied and fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content and supporting the successful delivery of events and communications activity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to create a positive employee experience while supporting the Communications.
