As a Cleaning Supervisor with Sodexo, you\’ll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What You\’ll Do
- Supervise and motivate cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service across a large factory area (approx. 500,000 sq ft).
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with cleaning schedules and COSHH regulations.
- Promote continuous improvement and a culture of teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including correct use of chemicals, equipment, signage, and reporting systems.
- Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to maintain service standards and respond to client needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service, acting professionally and courteously with clients and staff at all times.
- Support operational training, team recognition, and performance development initiatives.
What You\’ll Bring
- COSHH and Health & Safety training, with a strong understanding of cleaning standards, materials, and equipment.
- Proven ability to lead, support, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working within client-focused environments with a strong customer service ethos.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems, including incident reporting procedures.
