As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, based in Vauxhall Barracks OX11 7ES, you will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all. What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
- Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.
