We are looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site. This role includes office spaces, bathrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and accommodation areas, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
- Maintain all areas to required cleanliness standards within set timeframes
- Follow cleaning schedules and use chemicals and equipment safely
- Make beds and clean bedrooms in accommodation areas
- Attend training, team briefs, and performance reviews as required
- Maintain personal hygiene, uniform, and PPE standards
- Care for cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies
- Report accidents, near misses, or faulty equipment immediately
- Maintain strong communication with managers, team, and clients
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management
