Join our team as aCleanerat Sodexo and play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service atExeter Law Courts, Southernhay Gardens, Exeter, Devon EX1 1UH.We\’re looking for a reliable and proactive Multiskilled FM Operative who\’s ready to make a real difference every day.

What You\’ll Do

  • Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to a high standard, both indoors and outdoors
  • Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas in line with client needs
  • Provide friendly, helpful porter services and act as a first point of contact for visitors
  • Ensure all reactive tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Maintain tidy and well-organized stores and equipment areas
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc duties, post handling, and furniture movement
  • Actively participate in training, meetings, and team activities
  • Uphold health and safety practices and company procedures at all times
