We are now seeking x2 Systems Administrators to join our team supporting a high-profile government organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective administration, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the MRI Evolution CAFM system, ensuring it supports safe, compliant and efficient service delivery. Acting as a key point of coordination for system performance, data integrity, user support and process alignment, you will help ensure the system meets operational needs, contractual requirements and wider business objectives. You will work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, suppliers and system partners to maximise the value of MRI Evolution, supporting both mobilisation activity and business-as-usual operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain and support the MRI Evolution CAFM system to ensure stability, security and operational effectiveness.
  • Configure system modules, workflows, forms, user roles, permissions and reference data in line with approved business processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system issues, troubleshooting faults and coordinating resolution with internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Support CAFM data management and work order processes within the system.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement practical system solutions.
  • Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides, process maps, test scripts and change control records.
  • Coordinate and support testing activities including UAT and integration testing.
  • Monitor data quality, identifying inconsistencies and supporting corrective actions to maintain integrity and auditability.
  • Support and monitor interfaces, imports and exports associated with MRI Evolution, including supplier integrations.
  • Deliver user support and training to improve adoption, compliance and effective system usage.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing functionality, reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities comply with contractual, information security and data protection requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with operational colleagues, client teams, suppliers and system partners.
  • Support wider systems, service improvement and innovation initiatives across the contract.

Qualifications

  • Experience of CAFM system administration or support, including configuration, workflows, permissions and issue resolution.
  • Understanding of Facilities Management systems and operational processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience producing system documentation, user guidance and change control records.
  • Experience supporting testing, training and controlled system changes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Eligible to pass national security vetting requirements.
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, courage and compassion in line with client values.

  • Experience working with MRI Evolution CAFM.
  • Experience supporting supplier interfaces and system data exchanges.
