Sodexo is seeking a compassionate House Manager / Qualified Carer to run a residential home for up to eight residents. You'll combine house management with care duties, coordinating care, catering, cleaning and maintenance to keep the home safe, welcoming and well organised.
You will lead a small team, plan staff rotas, ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards, and deliver person-centred support.
