We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to deliver exceptional hospitality services at the offices of our prestigious client based in London. This on-site role is key to ensuring client satisfaction by supporting meeting room operations and responding to a wide range of hospitality needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service across all hospitality and meeting room areas
  • Liaise effectively with the client services team regarding bookings and hospitality requirements
  • Manage and respond to ad-hoc client requests, including last-minute catering
  • Place and manage food and supply orders as needed
  • Monitor and respond to hospitality-related emails
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage deliveries
  • Open and close pantry areas in line with procedures
  • Maintain accurate hospitality records (e.g., temperature checks, forms)
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Be the point of contact for catering queries and support wider hospitality functions
  • Support corporate events and adapt to changing business needs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience in a hospitality or client services role
  • Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work compressed shifts and occasional overtime
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident using Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good verbal and written English skills
