Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join our flagship Shell Centre account in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional looking to broaden their experience within a complex, high-profile corporate environment while working alongside senior leaders and subject matter experts. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, influence positive behaviours and help shape a proactive culture of health, safety and wellbeing.

As Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will:

  • Provide professional health and safety advice and support across the Shell Centre account.
  • Conduct audits, inspections and safety reviews.
  • Deliver training and promote positive safety behaviours.
  • Support risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Assist with contractor management and change control activities.
  • Produce reports and monitor health and safety performance.
  • Champion a positive and proactive culture of health, safety and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential).
  • Experience in a Health & Safety role within Facilities Management, corporate environments or multi-site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
  • Experience conducting audits and inspections.
  • Strong report writing and IT skills.
  • Facilities Management experience.
  • Food Safety qualification.
