Responsibilities:
- 37.5 Hours / Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, or 11 am to 7pm
- Order supplies in line with Sodexo policy using approved suppliers.
- Maintain clean, safe kitchen and service areas, reporting issues promptly.
- Complete all Sodexo compliance paperwork, checks, and records accurately.
- Achieve successful results in all internal and external audits.
- Manage monthly billing and close accounts on time.
- Lead, train, and support staff to deliver excellent service standards.
- Complete weekly rotas on time and manage labour within budget.
- Remain professional, adaptable, and detail-focused while maintaining strong communication and safeguarding standards.
What you bring:
- General Secondary Education or equivalent (English and Maths essential)
- Well-developed English language skills (written and spoken)
- At least 3 years’ experience within high volume catering
- Management experience encompassing team development
- Excellent culinary skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills with all stakeholders
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
- High standards of personal presentation
- Experience with Food Allergies, Special Diets and Labeling
- Up to date with latest trends and industry development
