We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie who excels in culinary excellence and contributes to a top‑class kitchen.
Job Introduction:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with various shift patterns.
- Pay £13.92 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with running service, preparation, and other duties of a busy working kitchen.
- Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
- Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations.
- Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic IT skills.
- Experience in menu production and comfortable providing input.
