Are you a talented and passionate chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills? Dennison Barracks in Thatcham is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Chef to join our dynamic catering team. This is your chance to play a key role in providing high-quality meals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment for our Armed Forces.

What you'll do:

  • Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

  • NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
