We are now seeking a Catering Manage r to join our team at RAF Odiham in Hook, Hampshire.
What you\’ll do:
- Oversee all catering, hospitality, and retail café operations on-site
- Manage front-of-house delivery across all messes and support mess bar functions
- Lead, develop and support team performance through reviews and training
- Drive food safety, hygiene, and service excellence in line with Sodexo and client standards
- Ensure financial targets are met, including margin, sales, and waste control
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and build strong relationships
What you bring:
- Proven experience in catering or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and stock
- Confident communicator with the ability to build client and customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering systems (e.g., Kronos, LeanPath, Drive, CPOS)
