Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of catering kiosks or concession stands during matchdays and events.
- Lead and supervise kiosk staff to ensure efficient, professional, and high‑quality customer service.

- Maintain a calm, organised, and professional approach in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure stadium environment.
- Support the training and onboarding of casual kiosk and catering staff where required.
