Main Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and assembly of food items for kiosk service during matchdays and events.
- Support chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient prep and portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, storage, and preparation areas at all times.
- Wash utensils, equipment, trays, and kitchen tools promptly and safely.
- Replenish stock, ingredients, packaging, and service supplies throughout service periods.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock in line with food safety procedures.
- Ensure all food hygiene, allergen, health & safety, and stadium regulations are followed.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to support service efficiency.

- Help ensure food preparation areas are fully stocked and operational throughout service.
- Carry out additional catering support duties as directed by supervisors or kitchen management.
