We are hiring a Casual Matchday Lead Chef for Blackburn Rovers Football Club. Casual hours.

Main Responsibilities

  • All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre‑agreed food specification.
  • All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
  • Correct use of equipment/utilities are adhered to.
  • To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen.
  • Visual hazard check of kitchen.
  • Correct PPE is worn throughout shift; full uniform blue trousers & tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in leading a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
