Responsibilities

  • Collect used glasses, cups, bottles, and empty service items from areas during matchdays and events.
  • Clear tables, ledges, and designated collection points efficiently to support smooth stadium operations.
  • Transport glassware safely to designated wash‑up or return areas using trays, racks, or trolleys.
  • Assist with basic cleaning of public areas, including wiping surfaces and maintaining tidy service spaces.
  • Support bar and catering teams by ensuring sufficient clean glassware is available when required.
  • Monitor busy areas to prevent build‑up of used items and maintain a clean environment for guests.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, including safe manual handling and correct use of equipment.
  • Handle glassware carefully to prevent breakages and ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Report any hazards, spillages, or safety concerns to supervisors or relevant teams immediately.
