Sodexo is a premier hospitality company. Sodexo provides event management and catering services to our client in Holyrood, Edinburgh. We are looking for event staff to join our team!

Job Description

Event Staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and vendors. Our Event Staff are expected to provide an excellent experience for our clients and vendors, as well as maintain a positive attitude and work environment. Event Staff are expected to be on time, friendly, and have good communication skills. Event Staff will be expected to work in a team environment with other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guests upon arrival at the venue
  • Comply with all company and client policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
  • Serving food and beverage to our customers to the highest standards possible and ensuring they have the best customer service experience
  • Setting up and clearing away of equipment needed for the events
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Experience: Event Staff experience is preferred but not required.
