What you'll do: Prepare, cook, and serve fresh, nutritious meals to a consistently high standard Take ownership of the kitchen during weekend shifts, managing food preparation with confidence Deliver an excellent dining experience while maintaining exceptional food quality Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Environmental Health regulations Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times What you bring: Previous experience as a Cook or Chef within catering, hospitality, or food service Relevant culinary qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery (desirable) Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices (IOSH qualification desirable) A genuine passion for preparing quality meals with excellent attention to detail Confidence working independently and managing your own workload Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job-it's a chance to be part of something greater.
