Rotating shift pattern Mon to Fri 7am - 3:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm
Average of 1 weekend day in 6 weeks (Sat or Sun as required) of 8 - 4:30pm (however flexibility may be required according to business needs)

This is a fabulous opportunity to join Sodexo, a global leader in Facilities Services with over 430,000 colleagues worldwide, working at the state-of-the-art Global Headquarters of the leading BioPharmaceutical company in the UK at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
You'll be working in a vibrant environment within a corporate facility, with a fabulous client base of around 1000 active members. Facilities include multi-use sports court, 2 fitness studios, 3 treatment rooms, main gym and fitness classes.
Working as part of a team of 6, you will be responsible for the following:
- Looking after a team of 4 fitness instructors
- Bring your ideas to the table, such as providing ideas for member engagement (e.g. competitions)
- Helping develop team - such as supporting team members with upskilling/training on how to do classes (if required)
- Responsible for Team Rotas and ensuring staff shortfalls (e.g. holiday/sickness) is covered
- Ensure a clean, tidy and safe environment (such as wiping down gym equipment)
- Lead engaging group fitness classes and engage with gym members
- Provide personalised fitness coaching to clients, tailoring programmes to meet their unique needs
- Create and maintain a motivating and supportive environment
- Demonstrate exercise and ensure proper techniques are used
- Assist in planning, promoting and executing fitness programmes and events
- Track client progress and provide feedback
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and incorporate new techniques into your class
