Operational excellence begins with you. As a Customer Service and Hospitality Assistant with Sodexo, you will enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What you will do:
- Provide a 5-star customer service experience to users of an allocated floor plate area and reception area.
- Provide Meeting Room technology support in terms of assistance with connection and troubleshooting.
- Ensure that the site rules are followed and assist the building customers in adhering to these.
- Be the first point of contact for building customers who require facilities support.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting environment across areas such as meeting rooms, communal kitchen/coffee areas, mail room and lobbies.
- Respond promptly to incoming service requests from clients and colleagues.
- Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
- Support with planning and event delivery.
