Job Introduction:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the friendly face that sets the tone for a positive experience? We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Business Centre Receptionist to deliver the highest standards of service as the first point of contact for visitors. You will support both the Sodexo team at HMRC Liverpool by carrying out a range of receptionist, administrative, and general support duties across the site.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a professional front‑of‑house service and act as the first point of contact
  • Handle receptionist and administrative tasks, including calls, emails, and bookings
  • Set up meeting rooms and support AV equipment
  • Maintain communal areas and assist catering/mailroom when required
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain high personal standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Complete tasks accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Work flexibly to support team needs and carry out ad‑hoc duties
