Run the industrial dishwasher to support smooth kitchen operations. Store and dispose of waste correctly in line with mandatory regulations Comply with all company and statutory health, safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all catering areas. Handle equipment with care to minimise breakages. Ensure all catering equipment is cleaned promptly. Assist at special events, sometimes outside regular hours (overtime paid). Help with simple food prep when required. Report accidents, fire, theft, loss or damage and take appropriate action. What You Bring Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and staff Confidence working well in a busy, fast paced environment. Proven ability to achieve required performance criteria. A proactive, positive approach to learning and developing in the role. Strong initiative and motivation to complete tasks to a high standard. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to support different tasks and adapt to the needs of the operation. Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
