What you'll do: Prepare and serve meals to high standards Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards Support the Head Chef and wider catering team Prepare special dietary meals as required Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations What you bring: Previous experience in a similar catering or chef role Excellent communication and teamwork skills City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate A positive attitude and passion for food service What we offer: Working at Sodexo isn't just a job - it's a chance to make a difference every day.
