Oversee tasks, maintain presentation standards and ensure all areas stay clean and welcoming. Prepare and serve food safely, following all hygiene regulations. Assist with set up, service and clear down for weekend hospitality functions. Complete required health & safety, food safety and temperature checks. Work across different catering areas to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Promote a professional, friendly environment and lead by example. What You Bring Previous experience in a catering, hospitality or customer service environment. A positive, proactive and hands-on approach to work. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety. A reliable, self-motivated and hardworking attitude. Flexibility and a willingness to support different areas of the catering operation when required.
