Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service. Package Description Over 18's: 15.00 - 17.00 per hour Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Leading and motivating a small team during busy matchdays and events. Preparing, cooking, and serving Detroit-style pizzas while maintaining high food quality standards. Supporting the day-to-day running of the kiosk and ensuring smooth service. Training and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service. Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times. Managing stock levels and minimising waste. Acting as a key point of contact for operational issues during service. Leading by example and creating a positive team culture. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member role. Strong kitchen background with hands-on food preparation experience. Experience preparing and cooking food in a commercial kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume operation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and major events
