We’re looking for a proactive and hardworking Conference and Events Logistics Assistant to join our Hospitality team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operation, ensuring event spaces are set up to the highest standards and everything is in the right place at the right time. What You’ll Do:
- Set up and break down conference, hospitality and event spaces for matchdays and events
- Move and arrange furniture, equipment, signage, linen and event materials across the stadium
- Support operational teams to ensure venues are prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Receive and check deliveries, reporting any discrepancies where required
- Maintain equipment stores, stock levels and storage areas in a safe and organised manner
- Assist with inventory checks and stock takes of operational equipment and supplies
- Support cellar operations and wider logistics activities when needed
- Ensure all back-of-house areas remain clean, safe and compliant with health and safety standards
- Respond quickly and professionally to changing operational requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support casual team members where required
What You Bring:
- Previous experience within events, hospitality, logistics, catering operations or a similar environment
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties and move furniture and equipment safely
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
- Experience working as part of a team in a busy operational environment
- Great attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and matchdays
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
